David Walliams dropped by publishing house.
Acclaimed children's author and entertainer David Walliams is no longer with his longtime publishing house, according to an announcement.
A spokesman for the publisher stated: "Following a thorough review, and with the guidance of its recently appointed chief executive, HarperCollins UK will not be releasing additional books by David Walliams."
Media sources suggest that the decision was made after an inquiry regarding allegations of inappropriate behaviour towards young women.
The firm declined to specify the motivations for this action, stating: "It is not our policy to discuss confidential company decisions."

Walliams stands as a most best-selling authors for kids, boasting over more than 60 million copies internationally in 55 languages.

His bibliography includes more than 40 books altogether, encompassing a Christmas book called *Santa & Son*, which was released through HarperCollins this past October.

He first rose to fame on the broadcast sketch program *Little Britain* and has been honored with National Television Awards for his work as a judge on *Britain's Got Talent*.
He was awarded an OBE several years ago in recognition of his work for philanthropic and artistic endeavors.
This move occurs subsequent to the selection of Kate Elton as HarperCollins UK's new chief executive last fall.
